I’d say my biggest takeaways were the importance of boundaries, vulnerability, being able to identify and voice your needs and talk yo ish! lol. I’m still working on all 4 but I’m a lot farther along than when I started.

Ive always felt like I didn’t have a voice when it came to dating. I felt like I was at the whim of these men. I also struggled with being vulnerable after a very rough breakup with the father of my son. This program taught me how to be vulnerable in a way that makes me feel empowered and safe. How to communicate with men in a way they understand and how to gently reinforce my boundaries. I feel like for once I’m actually putting myself first. This program gave me the tools to feel more confident in dating and selecting better men. Understanding how to evaluate dates, conversations, and behaviors is so important. I feel reborn almost. And I found a special person along the way. Things I keep in mind… you can never say the wrong thing to the right person and to reflect on how things made me feel not just my opinion. Thank you Anwar and Shoya. ❤️

Trusting the process is probably the biggest takeaway. And for me personally, one of my favorite lines that I got from this program is “you can never say the wrong thing to the right person.” It’s pushed me to be more comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings knowing that I will feel safe with the right person. I also take away that this will continue to be a journey and that I have to be conscious about being vulnerable.

for me the biggest takeaway is that I had to do the work on me before I could get guy. There was a couple of months where my professional life was in an upheaval and I needed to work through that and I did with support from this program .
When I hadn’t found my guy yet, I was so happy for my sisters who had found their guy but found myself wondering when it would be my time. I really had to focus on doing the work and commit to making myself better. We all have the journey we’re supposed to have….

i learned so much about having patience, setting boundaries, and not settling for less than what i deserve. It took a year to find my guy and im so glad i waited for the right one. Also i was open to dating outside my comfort zones. My guy is 10 yrs younger but he’s treated me the best I’ve ever been treated. I’m so thankful to this program!!

my biggest take way was to trust the process and trust myself. This program does work if you put in the work!

#1 SELF-FOCUS.–Checking in with myself especially emotionally. Creating trust and safety within myself. SELF WORTH! Being in my MCE! Being authentically me, not necessarily being always prim and proper. THANK YOU for the support.

I was single for-(like)-ever. I never put myself out there and Anwar helped me open up to the world and receive the love I deserved. I owe him a great deal of gratitude. I am currently dating and choosing the guys I date versus waiting around to be chosen.

some of the biggest takeaways are that it’s a process of self-discovery. It’s not just about finding your guy, but getting to the root of your own triggers and self-sabotaging behavior.
There were a few moments when I felt like giving up or it wasn’t working, but you have to continue and persevere with help from your coaches.

the lessons in boundaries and vulnerability were LOUD loud! Everyone is right it’s more than about getting the guy…you do some major inner work in here! That is the only reason I got as far as I did and will be the foundation in how I show up in my relationship going forward! ❤️🥰
