Follow the funnel boundaries exactly. Trust the funnel and let it work for you. It will teach you to connect more to your heart and spend less time in your head and overthinking.
Use the apps. They provide invaluable practice. But also go outside and meet people, men and women. Smile with teeth. Open the space.
Set boundaries with everyone, practice vulnerability, stay in your feminine energy, and use your emotion wheel.
Be patient. The season of despair will show up around month three but you will make your way out.
Be liberal with your swiping. Other than fakes or ENM types, I swiped on pretty much everyone who was a 5 or above. The funnel will weed 99 percent of everyone out.
Date all kinds of people. You will learn a lot about yourself. Have fun with it and crack yourself up. Take screenshots of all the app craziness and share it.
If you screw up (and you will) it’s not the end of the world. I had to heal from my childhood wounds of striving to be perfect. Learn from your mistakes. They are some of the best lessons.
Follow Anwar’s advice implicitly. Even when it doesn’t make sense to you. He’s an (experienced) genius.
Your guy will not come in the package you expect but he will be exactly what you need him to be. You literally can’t say or do anything to screw up or chase him away.
Embrace the GYG community. Your support and insight has been very healing and helpful. We heal best in Community. Keep your cameras on during Tuesday tea and Thursday Q&A and interact, even when you feel like a hot mess. It will help you feel more connected.
Upgrade to VIP if you can. I did a lot of work on my own but Coach Shoya and Coach Anwar pushed me over the edge towards success.
Do the inner work. Go all in. Go deep. It will pay off in the end.
