My takeaways are many but especially: 1) Trust the coaches, they really know what they are doing! 2) Don’t trust the story in your head—challenge and flip thoughts using the intentional mindset model. It was always so much easier for me to cut a guy off quickly for (perceived) slights. 3) Lead with vulnerability even when it feels uncomfortable. There is a reason why the coaches ask how you were vulnerable in dates and in conversation. The right guy will hold a safe space for you and respond in kind. It is femininity at its core!
